Article 1 – Seller Information

Article 2 – Purpose

These Terms of Sale govern all purchases made on homeliving.com.im. Placing an order implies full acceptance of these terms.

Article 3 – Products

Products offered are those listed on the website at the time of browsing. Photos and descriptions are provided for illustrative purposes.

Article 4 – Pricing

All prices are displayed in Euros (€), inclusive of applicable taxes. Prices may be updated at any time; products are billed at the rate applicable at the time of order confirmation.

Article 5 – Orders

An order is confirmed upon successful payment. A confirmation email is sent to the buyer.

Article 6 – Payment

Payment is made online via the methods available at checkout. All transactions are secured.

Article 7 – Delivery

Products are delivered to the address provided by the buyer. Delivery times are estimates only. The seller cannot be held liable for delays.

Article 8 – Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with French law, the buyer has 14 days from the date of receipt to withdraw from the purchase without providing a reason. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless otherwise stated.

Article 9 – Legal Guarantees

Products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity (2 years) and the guarantee against hidden defects, in accordance with French Consumer Law (Articles L.217-4 et seq.).

Article 10 – Personal Data

Data collected is used solely for order management purposes. In accordance with GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal data.

Article 11 – Disputes

In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought first. Failing that, French courts shall have jurisdiction.
